Roasted Root Vegetables


  • Two small or one large beet
  • One turnip
  • Two parsnips
  • Four carrots
  • ½ cup Sweet Jeans original or “With a Kick” mustard


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
  2. Peel all vegetables and cut into ¼ inch diced pieces
  3. Place all vegetables in a bowl and toss with ½ cup Sweet Jeans Original mustard until all vegetables are coated.
  4. Spread the coated vegetables on a foil-lined baking sheet
  5. Place the baking sheet on the upper rack of the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then stir the vegetables and cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy!
